Our mission is to provide Direct Services and Programs in Family Education & Literacy, Youth Leadership & Development and Citizenship & Immigration to the underserved Latino Community. We accomplish our mission by providing programs and services, advocating for the clients we serve, and collaborating with other community organizations and agencies.
El Concilio was established in June of 1975 and became a United Way member agency in 1984. Over the past 33 years we have offered Services County wide in the cities of Camarillo, El Rio, Fillmore, Moorpark, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula and Ventura.
We fulfill our mission as a result of the support we receive from committed corporate citizens and individual donors. In addition, our Board of Directors raise funds each year to support our programs
